Tapper Construction Details
Design for use on all plastic pipes up to 16” including HDPE, the stainless-steel cutter is design to both cut and control the water flow. The fluted cutter is also designed to permanently retain the coupon by reverse threading the plastic one cut is made, making it impossible to lose the coupon in the main. Tapper is design to be installed off the top of the main and can swivel 360 degrees to accommodate the direction of the service.
Curb Stop
The heavy wall construction of the curbstop with the “Push-fit” end connections and non-corrosive material has proven strength in design. The Curbstop head has a built in anti-over rotation head, making it impossible to break the top off under normal operating conditions. All Ballvalve are made with NSF approved material and have been factory tested to 300 PSI(water) to insure a bubble tight seal.
